The last couple of years have been hard for buyers, sellers, and honestly, everyone. High housing costs, high interest rates, and a market that can feel overwhelming.

That’s why I’m refocusing my business.

I’m not trying to be the “top agent” with the most closings. I want to be the best agent I can be for the buyers and sellers who choose to work with me.

My experience didn’t start in real estate. I’m an Oregon Institute of Technology graduate with a background in Industrial Management and Accounting. I grew up with ties to Christmas Valley, attended college in Klamath Falls, and eventually moved to Roseburg, where I worked for Roseburg Forest Products for more than 19 years.

That experience taught me a lot about business, organization, problem-solving, communication, and getting things done—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.

With over 11 years of real estate experience, I’ve continued investing in my education, earning professional designations and certifications including GRI, SRES®, CRD, ABR®, AHWD, MRP, PSA, and RSPS.

But credentials only matter if you put them to work for your clients.

I bring strong industry knowledge, a down-to-earth approach, and just enough humor to make the process feel a little less stressful. 😂 You should feel comfortable asking questions—lots of them. My job is to explain the process, look for options, negotiate hard, protect your interests, and help you make informed decisions.

Am I going to be the cheapest agent out there? No. I believe experience and education have value, especially when they can help you avoid costly mistakes, solve problems, and save money where possible.

Outside of real estate, I love photography, spending time at the dunes or in the mountains with our side-by-side, and adventures with our dogs, Kiwi and Blu. ❤️
